Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a trainer for Product Sales Specialists to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience through exceptional service and detailed product information.

Responsibilities include leading training, certifying staff, merchandising management, and assisting customers across the floor. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train product sales specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and organization of the department.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges according to guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers and communicate SOPs to associates.
