CSL plasma center is seeking an on-site Donor Center Associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and manage registration. You will assist with screening, health history questions, and refer to medical staff as needed.

You may also educate donors on plasma products and policies while maintaining confidentiality and a safe, efficient center environment. The role may involve registering or transferring donors, answering calls, and recording data in our electronic system.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ months in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical/health settings.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

• Greet donors and complete registration to verify eligibility.
• Assist with donor screening, health history, questions, and refer to staff as needed.
• Educate donors on therapeutic plasma products and center policies.
• Register or transfer donors as needed.
• Answer calls and route inquiries.
• Monitor donors for reactions and alert staff.
• Record donor data in the electronic system.
• Understand hyperimmune program policies if applicable.
• Maintain a clean work environment and ensure supplies; follow safety policies.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• May cross-train in other areas.
• Bilingual skills may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
