Job summary

CSL is hiring for a donor center registrar/screener role at our plasma collection center. The successful candidate will greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration and initial screening processes.

Responsibilities include performing health screenings, explaining procedures, and maintaining accurate donor records. The role requires basic math, confidentiality, and the ability to follow SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and perform health screening procedures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Explain screening process, health screening tests, appointment system, and center policies to donors; answer questions.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
