Responsibilities

• Verify insurance information via managed care website.
• Register patients; assign PCP when applicable; maintain demographics.
• Answer calls; respond to inquiries; take messages for providers.
• Collect co-pays and process payments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide administrative support and maintain charts.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.
