Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a healthcare office or setting.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Medical office experience preferred; MA certification is not required, but preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients; direct to correct contact.
• Answer multi-line phones with professional, courteous service.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; update patient records in the EHR.
• Verify and collect insurance information for billing.
• Process payments, collect fees, and handle patient check-outs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
