Responsibilities

• Pre-register patients including verification of insurance coverage and assignment of cases.
• Complete medical, dental, optical and Patient Benefit forms using electronic or paper systems.
• Collect patient co-payments or initiate payment plans per company protocol.
• Notify clinical staff immediately of patient emergencies.
