Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support clinic operations at multiple Florida locations. You will deliver friendly patient interactions and manage front desk tasks in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling calls, insurance verification, and payment processing while upholding a welcoming, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Recent customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and build rapport through in-person and phone interactions.
• Screen and answer incoming calls promptly; take messages and relay information as needed.
• Verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities.
• Manage incoming physician referrals and prescriptions; communicate first visit expectations.
• Scan insurance and ID cards into patient files.
• Collect co-pays/deductibles, provide receipts, and balance daily collections.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment per CDC guidelines.
