CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator for multi-site coverage. You will be the first friendly face for patients, handling front desk tasks, scheduling, and insurance verification in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and proficiency in Word/Excel helps manage patient files, communicate with the team, and support a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Recent customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Reliable, honest, and adaptable in fast-paced team environments.
• Preferred: Healthcare office experience and fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and build rapport in person and by phone.
• Screen and answer incoming calls; take messages and relay information.
• Verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities.
• Manage referrals and prescriptions; communicate first visit expectations.
• Scan insurance and ID cards into patient files.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles, balance daily collections, and submit charges.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment and sanitize per CDC guidelines.
