CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our outpatient clinic team. You will greet patients, answer calls, verify insurance, collect payments, and help create a welcoming first impression.

This role emphasizes empathy, organization, and clear communication. Proficiency with Word and Excel, strong customer service, and a high school diploma are required. Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and build rapport at front desk.
• Screen and answer incoming calls; take messages and relay information.
• Verify insurance benefits and advise patients on financial responsibilities.
• Manage referrals and prescriptions; communicate visit expectations.
• Scan documents into patient files and handle payments and cash receipts.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment per CDC guidelines.
