You will help create a positive patient experience, set accurate expectations, and contribute to patient-focused care through strong communication and problem-solving.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years customer service/reception experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes and attends to the needs of all patients as an AltaMed ambassador.
• Creates a positive front office patient experience by managing expectations with compassion and respect.
• Assists the health care team in delivering patient-focused care with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
