Job summary

Valeris is seeking a patient support specialist to build trusting relationships with patients, explain benefits, and guide them through program enrollment. You will conduct welcome calls, discuss coverage, and address inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

The role requires strong customer service skills, bilingual capabilities a plus, and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare setting. An 8.5-hour shift within 8 am–9 pm, Monday–Friday, is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients while delivering timely services.
• Ensure all interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Conduct welcome calls and explain available services and resources.
• Explain coverage options and patient financial responsibilities clearly.
• Handle inquiries and escalate as needed within SOPs.
