Valeris is seeking a client-focused patient support specialist to join our care coordination team in the United States. You will build trusted relationships with patients, explain insurance coverage and benefits, and guide them through program enrollment and resources.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual abilities, and adherence to healthcare regulations. Join Valeris to support patients through their treatment journey, coordinate with payers and providers, and maintain detailed

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Commitment to the mission of care coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients through proactive communication and timely service.
• Ensure interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Explain benefits, coverage options, and billing information clearly to patients.
• Conduct program welcome calls and engage patients with available services and resources.
• Triage patients and refer to internal or external resources as needed.
• Document patient enrollment and maintain accurate records in the Lynk system.
• Provide information about products, including treatment course, insurance benefits, and out-of-pocket costs.
