Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments, ensuring optimal resource use and timely care.
Verify insurance eligibility and communicate coverage details to patients.
Monitor the daily schedule to identify cancellations and backfill slots.
Serve as first point of contact for patients—answer calls and inquiries with empathy.
Enter patient information into the EMR accurately and maintain records.
Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and administrative staff for smooth patient flow.
Provide warm, welcoming service to patients and families with professionalism.
