• Proficiency in scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Patient Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments, ensuring optimal use of facility resources.
• Insurance Verification: Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
• Appointment Management: Monitor the schedule daily and backfill open slots.
• Patient Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for patients with empathetic guidance.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Input patient information into the EMR system and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists, technologists, and administrative staff.
• Customer Service: Maintain a welcoming environment for patients and their families.
