Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in front desk or medical front office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, provide wait time information and address inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details during check-in; handle registrations.
• Collect patient payments (deductibles, copays, co-insurance) at the front desk.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate cast/measure, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and support programs; assist Revenue Cycle Management as needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
