Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver first-class customer service at the ticket counter, gate, and baggage areas. You will assist with reservations, ticketing, and baggage handling while prioritizing safety and airline procedures.

The role requires an 18+ year old with a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and US work authorization including SIDA training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish and able to communicate clearly.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete SIDA training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at ticket counter and gate.
• Handle reservations, issue tickets, arrange itineraries, and process refunds.
• Check baggage and collect excess baggage charges.
• Answer passenger inquiries with travel information and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with flight crew, gate agents, and ground handling for passenger movements.
• Assist with lost and found and trace procedures for lost baggage.
