Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver first-class service to travelers at checkpoints, gates, and counters. You will handle reservations, tickets, baggage, and related duties with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong customer service skills, and the ability to operate computer-based ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment. Local Newark area availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish).
• US work authorization if location is in the United States.
• SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at AGI and airline standards.
• Ensure safety and security are maintained during duties.
• Operate at ticket counter and gate handling reservations, tickets, and baggage.
• Process fares, refunds, and excess baggage charges accurately.
• Assist with lost and found, inquiries, and travel information.
