Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in Chicago, IL. The role involves handling passenger interactions at check-in, ticketing, and at the gate, ensuring safety and efficiency, and delivering first-class service in a fast-paced airport environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication with flight crews and passengers, adherence to airline procedures, and the ability to manage tickets, baggage, refunds, and documentation professionally.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a HS diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• US location: authorization to work in the United States.
• Must complete SIDA training for airport ID.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Airline industry experience and face-to-face customer service are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate.
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed at all times.
• Handle reservations, tickets, refunds, baggage charges, and lost & found processes.
• Answer inquiries about schedules, fares, and general travel information.
• Assist passengers with reservations, standbys, and luggage at departure/arrival areas.
• Coordinate with flight crew, gate agents, and ground handling teams.
