Inland Group of Companies seeks a Passenger Service Agent to deliver exceptional service at the airport terminals. You will handle check-in, boarding, ticketing, and baggage functions, while maintaining high professional standards and safety compliance.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; US CBP seal requirement may apply.
• Proficient in English and Spanish with good communication skills.
• Familiar with MS Office and related software.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at ticket counter, gate, and baggage areas.
• Handle ticketing, boarding, and deplaning procedures with accuracy.
• Provide timely information and announcements to passengers.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist with resolving passenger issues professionally and calmly.
