Job summary

Alliance Ground International in Florida is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to welcome travelers at the ticket counter and gate, assisting with reservations and ticketing while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to airline standards.

You will provide first-class service, maintain safety and security, and respond to passenger needs with professionalism in a fast-paced airport environment. Training and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• US work authorization required for employment in the United States.
• SIDA training completion required to obtain airport identification security.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at AGI and airline standards.
• Always ensure safety and security is never compromised.
• Handle customer interaction with class at ticket counter and gate.
• Make and assist with reservations, issuance of tickets and baggage handling.
• Answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and general travel information.
• Meet aircraft at gate or loading area and assist with boarding and luggage.
