Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Passenger Service Agent at our Phoenix, AZ location to assist travelers at check-in, gate, and baggage areas. You will provide clear information and first-class service while complying with safety and airline procedures.

The role requires Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) and prior airline or customer service experience is preferred. Afternoon and night shifts are common, and on-site work in an airport environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: one+ year of relevant airline or face-to-face customer service experience.
• Working afternoon and night shifts are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at check-in, at the gate, and for baggage handling.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, refunds, and baggage charges per airline standards.
• Meet aircraft at the gate and assist with passenger documents and boarding arrangements.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed and communicate flight information to passengers.
• Respond to passenger concerns with empathy and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain records and reports for lost and found, baggage, and customer interactions.
