Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
- Serve professional customers and support store management.
- Process exchanges/returns and handle cash/credit transactions.

- Assist with stock, planograms, and daily store tasks.
- Perform in-store services and equipment operation after training.
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
