Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Massachusetts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high‑level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, quote prices, assist with parts lookup, process transactions, and support store management in daily tasks.

Eligible bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; the role includes assisting calls, returns, planograms, and occasional deliveries, with training provided for store equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail/walk-in customers in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process transactions: cash/credit, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts and quote prices, offer related items and Low-Price Guarantee.
• Perform daily store operational tasks, stock, planogram updates, and fronting.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed and allowed by policy.
