Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and manage cash transactions.
• Answer store calls, quote prices, and promote low-price guarantees.
• Perform daily operational tasks and image maker planning updates.
• Provide in-store services such as battery tests, wiper installation, etc.
