Qualifications

• Must multitask between phone and in-store customers.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve customer issues.
• Assist with stock, planograms, and store maintenance as needed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if required.
