Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd in Dallas is seeking an Outside Sales Representative-Bilingual (English/Spanish) to grow our local cabinet, furniture and woodworking customer base. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, visit manufacturers and woodworkers, and provide consultative guidance to help customers grow.

The role requires self-motivation, travel in the field three to four days per week, CRM and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to develop territory plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales within building materials or construction preferred.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Own reliable transportation and able to travel 3–4 days per week.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall relationship and day-to-day sales activities with cabinet/furniture manufacturers and woodworkers in your territory.
• Engage in structured consultative sales discussions, in person and virtual, as a business advisor to customers.
• Develop and execute territory plans to grow revenue and market share.
• Travel to customer sites and maintain ongoing communication and follow-up.
