Job summary

Five Star Solutions is hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) outbound enrollment agents to support a fast-paced healthcare enrollment program. This light sales, scripted role helps health-plan members understand and enroll in available programs while delivering friendly customer experiences.

The remote position targets residents of AL and additional states. Hours are Mon–Fri 9:30 AM–8:00 PM CT with one Saturday per month.

Qualifications

Outbound calling or enrollment experience preferred (not required).
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable following a structured script while maintaining a natural conversation.
Ability to handle objections and questions confidently.
Professional, patient, empathetic communication style.
Experience with CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
Work independently in a remote environment and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialing system.
Follow established scripts and enrollment procedures accurately.
Engage members in professional, friendly, and conversational discussions.
Explain program benefits and enrollment opportunities clearly.
Address common questions and objections while keeping conversations enrollment-focused.
Navigate Salesforce CRM and other required systems while speaking with members.
Document call outcomes and enrollment activity accurately.
Meet established quality, productivity, and enrollment goals.
Protect member information and follow privacy and compliance procedures.
