Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agent (English and Spanish) to support a fast-paced healthcare enrollment program serving eligible health-plan members. Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calls or enrollment programs.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow a structured script in conversations.
• Comfort with CRM systems and multiple computer apps.
• Independent, detail-oriented and reliable remote worker.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialing system.
• Follow established scripts and enrollment procedures accurately.
• Engage members in professional, friendly discussions.
• Explain program benefits and enrollment opportunities clearly.
• Address questions and objections while focusing on enrollment.
• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other required systems while speaking with members.
• Reference general health information provided in the system without collecting sensitive data.
• Document call outcomes and enrollment activity accurately.
• Meet established quality, productivity and enrollment goals.
• Protect member information and follow privacy and compliance procedures.
