Qualifications

• Outbound calling, call center or enrollment experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable following a scripted process while maintaining natural conversation.
• Ability to handle questions, hesitation and objections confidently.
• Professional, patient and empathetic communication style.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to performance expectations.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialing system.
• Follow scripts and enrollment procedures accurately.
• Engage members in professional, friendly conversations.
• Explain program benefits and enrollment opportunities clearly.
• Address questions and objections while focusing on enrollment.
• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other systems while speaking with members.
• Reference general health or prescription information stored in the system; do not collect sensitive info.
• Document call outcomes and enrollment activity accurately.
• Meet quality, productivity and enrollment goals.
• Protect member information and follow privacy and compliance procedures.
