Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Desktop Tech to provide deployment and onsite support. You will troubleshoot hardware and software across laptops, tablets, mobiles, and peripherals, acting as a liaison to resolve complex issues and lead change management.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingualism, at least 1 year in a related field, and travel. Onsite duties include onboarding training coordination and equipment installation in meeting rooms.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• 1+ year of related field experience.
• Desktop and/or infrastructure support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, networks, databases and security concepts.
• MS Office/Outlook proficiency.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate onboarding training for new hires across multiple office locations.
• Provide training and instructions on use of company devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions; perform password resets.
• Document updates in ticketing systems to track issues and resolutions.
• Communicate with customers across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Follow up with end users per SLA guidelines.
• Manage and install equipment in meeting rooms (projectors, laptops, videoconferencing).
• Create and monitor incidents and requests using ServiceNow & ITNOW.
