Job summary

BEL USA is seeking a capable IT Technician to join its Technology Team in the United States. The role focuses on end-user support for hardware, software, and devices, with responsibilities spanning setup, troubleshooting, and ticketing across desktop, network, and server domains.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years in IT support, solid hardware/software/network knowledge, and Microsoft 365 administration experience. On-site work is required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus for the team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 admin center for user and group management.
• Experience with Patch Management and software updates.
• Imaging experience for setting up and configuring new workstations.
• Active Directory experience, including user account management and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical support to end users and document tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across devices.
• Set up computers, install software, and test network connections.
• Respond to escalated help desk requests for devices including printers and scanners.
• Manage desktop support, data networks, and server-related tasks.
• Maintain timely ticket queue and communicate status to users.
• Collaborate with IT Team on purchasing and IT projects.
• Occasionally work after hours and weekends; on-site presence required.
