Job summary

Spin Master is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Senior Field Support Technician to deliver onsite IT services and act as a local hands-on representative for internal IT teams in California.

You will manage end-user hardware/software, support Microsoft 365 apps, and collaborate with centralized teams on upgrades and security policies. The role requires onsite presence and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional IT qualification.
• ITIL certification is highly advantageous.
• Experience with MDM/UEM tools for deploying Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT field support for end users and executives, including hardware, software, OS, and access issues.
• Deliver support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office) and VPN/Wi‑Fi problems.
• Assist centralized IT teams with local server room monitoring, hardware upgrades, and asset management.
