Corrado Properties seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager to oversee day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will supervise workers, coordinate crews and subcontractors, enforce safety and building codes, read blueprints, and communicate progress to the project manager and engineers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA certification, First Aid/CPR, and other safety certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring work follows plans, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and labor resources for efficiency and safety.
• Track milestones and timelines, addressing delays and obstacles to keep on schedule.
• Ensure quality standards through inspections and compliance with industry norms.
• Monitor costs and resources to manage the project budget effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with the project manager and team, providing progress reports.
• Enforce local building codes, zoning, and environmental regulations; coordinate inspections.
• Address technical or operational challenges to prevent delays and find timely solutions.
