FullPond is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Manager & Scheduler for a fully remote role. You will manage exterior projects, coordinate schedules across crews and subcontractors, and ensure on-time completion while maintaining quality standards.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with strong teamwork and communication skills to support rapid growth. Responsibilities include updating schedules, following up with contractors, solving issues, and keeping thorough project

Qualifications

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level minimum).
• Bilingual Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in construction project management, scheduling, or operations coordination.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate multiple construction and exterior projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Develop, organize, and continuously update project schedules across crews and subcontractors.
• Follow up with contractors and field teams to confirm progress, deadlines, and tasks.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure accountability and completion.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor availability.
• Communicate daily with field crews in Spanish and English to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and operational challenges and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and improve workflows and efficiency.
