Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Previous experience in construction project coordination or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction project schedules, resources, and documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements clearly in both English and Spanish.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support project managers with administrative tasks and project documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and site visits, providing translation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
