The role entails managing schedules, resources, and documentation; communicating updates in both languages; preparing proposals and reports; tracking progress; and supporting project managers with admin tasks and site visits while ensuring safety

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Experience in construction project coordination or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage construction project schedules, resources, and documentation.
Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements clearly in both English and Spanish.
Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and reports.
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Support project managers with administrative tasks and project documentation.
Facilitate meetings and site visits, providing translation as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
