Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to represent the company at client worksites and be the main point of contact for client personnel and dispatched craftworkers. The role includes supporting redeployment as sites wind down and coordinating safety, timekeeping, and compliance across teams.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, experienced in construction, and capable of building strong relationships with project management, safety, payroll, HR, and trades staff.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish speakers required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to interact with various personalities and maintain relationships.
• Dependable, responsible, and willing to work hard.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the construction industry is a must.
• Basic computer skills – comfortable with Excel.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with client personnel including project management, safety, payroll, HR, etc.
• Develop relationships with craftworkers onsite to ensure a high retention rate.
• Ensure compliance with client and Tradesmen hiring policies and maintain records requested by the client.
• Coordinate skill assessments, drug testing, site and safety orientation.
• Provide training on timekeeping systems and address weekly time adjustments.
• Resolve employee issues related to production, attendance, payroll, safety, etc.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by all Tradesmen staff on site.
• Handle accidents and proper reporting of accidents.
