Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments with repairs and housekeeping to ensure quality.
• Completes resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas and safety of the property.
• Responds to on-call emergencies and coordinates preventive maintenance.
• Adheres to state, local, and federal housing laws and safety codes.
