This bilingual role focuses on maintaining market-ready operations and delivering high levels of resident service while supporting a capable on-site team to maximize property performance.

You will assist the Property Manager with leasing, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and driving renewals and profitability for

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of on-site multifamily property management experience, including leasing and resident support.
• Bilingual (Spanish) written and verbal communication is required.

• Assist Property Manager with overall operations including leasing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to boost renewals and revenue.
• Assist with lease/renewal paperwork to meet company standards.
• Support on-site team and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
