Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate for a Store-in-Store environment in a high-traffic retail setting. You will engage customers, educate on products and solutions, and leverage digital tools to demonstrate value and complete onboarding.

You will receive comprehensive training, work with nearby stores to onboard customers, and aim to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service and Be Back follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital tools and self-serve options during interactions and onboarding to drive solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer ready using Hub updates and promotions.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers, follow up for referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
