Job summary

T-Mobile is looking for Mobile Associates to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales, use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits, and complete required training to learn products, services, systems and processes for effective support. All employees participate in a comprehensive total rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
