T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates for nationally distributed store-in-store locations. You will engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrate and educate on Wireless solutions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

You will learn store processes, collaborate with nearby locations, and help customers with onboarding and ongoing support. We offer comprehensive benefits and stock-related programs while emphasizing growth and customer-first excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and effective communication to showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate products and services.
• Attend training on in-store processes, products, and systems; review promotions and performance results to stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with customers and nearby store teams to support account setup, device support, and ongoing service.
