Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Preferred)
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Coaching, Communication, Customer Engagement, Customer Needs Identification, Customer Service, Leadership, Product Knowledge, Relationship Building, Sales, Sales Techniques (Required)
• Able to work in a high-traffic retail environment and engage customers to demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions (Required)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and keep updated on promotions and Hub resources
• Build relationships with local leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support
