Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate for a store-in-store setting. You will engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate them on T-Mobile products, and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value.

You will onboard customers, review promotions, and continuously learn to improve the customer experience. The role requires a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales in retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating on and showcasing T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Attend training on in-store experience, products, processes; review promotions and updates; onboard customers with store leadership support.
