Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to energize customer interactions in a high-traffic retail setting, demonstrate T-Mobile solutions, and deepen relationships with customers.

You will use digital tools, learn new products, and contribute to a strong customer experience. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Comfort with using digital tools and learning product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to showcase products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, stay customer-ready, and onboard customers with store teams.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
