Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to join the Store-in-Store Retail Team. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and educate on T-Mobile services in a busy, high-traffic environment. Training is provided, with emphasis on onboarding and using digital tools to serve customers effectively.

You’ll build relationships with customers and teammates, exceed sales targets, and participate in a broad benefits program including equity and retirement plans. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Required)
• Customer Satisfaction: passionate advocate and ability to balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Team Building: willingness to collaborate with store peers and leaders.
• Retail Sales: competitive drive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrates and explains T-Mobile solutions, identifying needs and applying solution-based selling.
• Completes in-store training and stays policy-ready; partners with nearby locations to onboard customers.
• Builds relationships with leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
