Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations.

In a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, you will engage customers, educate them on plans and devices, and demonstrate solutions while building relationships. You will train with new products, support store operations, and aim to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate value and complete onboarding.
• Build relationships with customers, meet performance metrics, and support store operations.
• Identify customer needs, recommend wireless solutions, and follow up with referrals.
• Collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers and ensure customer readiness.
