Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will train on products and processes, connect with customers to identify needs, and use solution-based selling to close deals. This role offers competitive base pay, benefits, and stock-related programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools, identify needs, and demonstrate product value through solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay customer-ready at all times.
• Build rapport, follow up with customers, and drive sales activity in the location.
• Collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and manage store operations responsibly.
