The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience. You will leverage digital tools, participate in training, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools to assist customers and onboard them to T-Mobile apps and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers and uphold store procedures.
