You will build proficiency in customer service and sales, using digital tools to showcase network coverage and service benefits while delivering personalized device solutions. Training is provided to expand product knowledge and service delivery, driving customer loyalty and team success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred, Retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
